✅ Requirements\n

- Active Massachusetts RN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Operating Room (OR) nursing experience required
- CNOR strongly preferred
- BLS required
- ACLS (or obtain AHA ACLS within 60 days of hire)
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities\n

- Circulate and coordinate patient care throughout surgical procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety
- Verify patient identity, surgical site, and procedure
- Manage surgical instruments, specimens, and counts
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the perioperative team
- Provide accurate documentation and patient education
