Established (60+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking a Litigation Associate for Civil and Commercial Litigation in Boston, Massachusetts
An established firm based in Boston, Massachusetts with over 60+ years in practice is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This role involves handling civil litigation and commercial litigation matters, including complex business disputes, contract claims, and related trial and motion practice, while representing a diverse client base in state and federal courts.

Qualifications
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing
3+ years of experience handling civil and commercial litigation matters
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery in complex disputes
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced practice
Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and conduct legal research
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy
