Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Special Education Teacher license required
- Experience working with high school students, preferably grades 9-12
- Ability to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs
- Create and modify IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in alignment with state standards
- Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely records

- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where each student can thrive
