This is a subcontractor, commission-only role requiring an active NH, MA, or ME real estate license.
About the Role
As a valued Team Member, you will receive a consistent stream of leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, sign calls, and referrals, all facilitated by your team leader—an accomplished agent committed to accelerating your professional growth. Engage in exclusive lead follow-up training, mastering best practices across all lead distribution platforms to optimize conversion rates. Additionally, benefit from our comprehensive weekly REV UP! training program, tailored to bring new licensees up to speed and propel experienced agents to new heights. Recognizing that business development and lead generation are pivotal challenges for newer agents, we are dedicated to fostering success in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is coachable, responsive, and ready to transform opportunities into successful transactions.
As a Team Member, your responsibilities include:
