We are seeking a Test Technician to join a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. If you have strong attention to detail, an interest in electronics, and are eager to grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will support the assembly and testing of advanced electronic products and systems while working alongside production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, subassemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
  • Follow work instructions, test plans, and process documentation to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Utilize measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to verify product performance.
  • Accurately document test results and maintain records within testing databases.
  • Generate reports and assist with updates and improvements to testing procedures.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to ESD and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task completion.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Experience with electrical, electronic, or micro-electronic testing preferred.
  • Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic test equipment preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with a reputation for reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
