Job Description

Provide laborist-focused call coverage with emergency gynecology responsibilities while supporting a new OB practice. This opportunity offers dedicated night and weekend call in an inpatient setting.

Practice & Cases

Provide Labor and Delivery and emergency department call coverage
Manage laborist cases and emergent gynecologic procedures, including ectopic pregnancies
Approximately 26-28 deliveries per month, with variable call volume
Collaborate with 24/7 pediatric coverage during deliveries

Schedule

Tuesday through Friday night call from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday 24-hour call coverage
20-minute response time required
Ongoing coverage for Tuesday through Sunday call shifts

Requirements

Must be an MD or DO
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active Vermont medical license or active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification
DEA required
