Industrial Mechatronics Maintenance Specialist
Job Description
Job DescriptionWhat a Day Looks Like
Your morning starts on the production floor, reviewing overnight alerts and logging work in our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. You’ll move quickly to diagnose and correct issues on electrical machinery and electronic equipment, keeping lines running with corrective, preventive, predictive, safety-focused, and emergency repairs. Throughout the day, you’ll read schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to trace sequences of operation and pinpoint faults across servo/stepper controls, vacuum and hydraulic circuits, basic mechanical assemblies, and pneumatic systems.
Between calls, you’ll calibrate electronic controllers and document results, support internal projects, and partner closely with Engineering to evaluate processes and solve problems as a unified team. You may assist with building and grounds needs, and when production demands it, you’ll relocate, assemble, install, adjust, repair, and service standard production machinery and equipment. Overtime and occasional emergency call-ins are part of the mission to keep operations safe and reliable.
