Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times

Required Qualifications\n

- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Vermont
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee
- Valid state or federal issued photo ID required on-site at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills\n

- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
