Job DescriptionRadiology Technologist Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits + Sign on BonusAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiology Technologist to join our Medical Imaging team. This role is responsible for performing X-Ray and CT procedures while delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring accurate, timely imaging services.You will work in a collaborative healthcare environment, supporting physicians and patients through both clinical and administrative responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesX-Ray & ImagingPerform routine and complex X-Ray procedures using fixed and portable equipmentExecute trauma protocols and support OR and fluoroscopy proceduresProvide individualized patient care based on age, condition, and needsCT ImagingPerform CT scans in accordance with established protocolsRecognize emergency situations and initiate appropriate response (CPR/code procedures)Prepare and administer contrast media (oral, IV, rectal)Start IV lines and assist with interventional procedures (biopsies, drainages, etc.)Perform daily equipment safety checks and quality controlPACS & Imaging SystemsEnsure accurate archiving of digital imagesTroubleshoot imaging system issues as neededTransfer images to other facilities and prepare CDsMaintain accurate documentation and technical notesHIS/RIS & DocumentationEnsure timely and accurate exam reportingVerify patient identity using proper protocolsManage schedules, orders, and billing accuracyTeam & Patient CareDeliver exceptional patient care and communicationCollaborate with physicians, radiologists, and care teamsMaintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentialitySupport a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellenceQualificationsRequiredGraduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology programARRT registered (RT required; CT certification required within 18 months)1+ year of X-Ray experience (clinical rotations accepted)BLS (Basic Life Support) certificationRegistered with the New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation TherapyPreferredExperience with CT imaging and contrast administrationStrong familiarity with PACS, HIS/RIS systemsWork EnvironmentFast-paced clinical settingCombination of patient interaction, imaging procedures, and administrative tasksPhysical activity including standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and assisting patientsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, 401k, etc.)Supportive, team-oriented healthcare environmentOpportunities for growth and continued educationWhy Join Us?Work with advanced imaging technologyBe part of a patient-centered care teamMake a direct impact on patient diagnosis and careApply TodayIf you are a dedicated Radiology Technologist looking to grow in a collaborative and patient-focused environment, we encourage you to apply.
