Qualifications:

Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or licensure as an SLPA
School-based experience preferred but not required; open to enthusiastic new graduates
Strong collaboration and organizational skills
Ability to adapt therapy approaches for K-12 student needs
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in K-12
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments and interventions
Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams across multiple onsite locations
