Agawam West Rehab &amp; Nursing is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care on an assigned unit in our skilled nursing facility.
This is an opportunity for an RN who enjoys clinical leadership, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining high standards of resident care within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing care and unit operations
</li>
<li>
Supervise, support, and guide nursing staff
</li>
<li>
Monitor resident care and clinical documentation
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
</li>
<li>
Promote compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Active Massachusetts RN license required
</li>
<li>
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
</li>
<li>
Previous supervisory or unit leadership experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits
$106,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
