Qualifications

  • Valid state certification in Special Education
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Special Education or related field

Responsibilities

  • Teach and case manage approximately 15 students across 2nd and 5th grade at two nearby schools
  • Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with general education teachers, aides, and support staff
  • Regularly communicate with families regarding student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all special education regulations
