Work closely with a dedicated team, providing essential academic and behavioral support to students in the classroom. You’ll have the chance to make a significant impact, ensuring students receive personalized attention and encouragement throughout the school day.
Qualifications & Credentials:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment preferred
- Appropriate certifications and credentials required by state and local guidelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage young learners
- Ability to follow education plans and collaborate with lead teachers
- A commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom setting
Role Highlights:
- 5 days per week, approximately 30 hours per week
- Support individual students or small groups with academic and behavioral tasks
- Assist with classroom management, organization, and daily routines
