About the Role:

As a Rehab Tech, you will work closely with our rehabilitation team to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including but not limited to: assisting with therapy treatments, exercises, and activities; monitoring patient progress; and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists with patient treatments and exercises
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the rehabilitation team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and therapy sessions
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and other patient mobility needs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Some experience with a passion for rehabilitation and patient care preferred but not required
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
