Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Serenity Hope and Healing, you will take on a critical role that includes a variety of responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality care.
- Facilitate crisis interventions and the creation of behavioral guidelines while completing necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Employ standardized screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to assess client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Work in tandem with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that address individual client requirements.
- Engage in licensing and accreditation processes, consistently contributing to maintaining Serenity Hope and Healing's high operational standards.
- Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other relevant service systems to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, promoting the agency's mission and enhancing program visibility within the community.
- Build and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify new partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Pursue ongoing professional development through conferences, training, and community engagement, positioning yourself as a resource in the mental health field.
- Promote the core values and principles of our organization in all aspects of your work, maintaining a client-centered approach.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Must hold an independent LMHC license in Massachusetts. If currently licensed in another state, we will cover the necessary fees for obtaining licensure in Massachusetts.
