Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough initial assessments for clients, focusing on their mental health and substance abuse needs to inform personalized treatment strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on diagnostic findings, ensuring each client's specific needs are met.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational protocols and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

Qualifications\n

The Gentle Strength Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
