What You'll Do
•Follow a planned daily service route while independently managing each service call from arrival through completion.
•Perform professional drain cleaning, cable work, hydro jetting, and sewer camera inspections for residential and commercial customers.
•Diagnose drain and sewer issues using specialized equipment and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Explain your findings and recommendations so customers understand both the problem and the proposed solution.
•Identify repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance opportunities through our Technician Recommendation Program.
•Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
•Respond to emergency service calls when needed.
•Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in safe working condition.
•Work closely with dispatch to provide an exceptional customer experience.
•Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations.

What to Expect
This is an active, hands-on position.
You'll regularly:
•Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
•Lift equipment and work in confined or awkward spaces when necessary.
•Respond to occasional emergency service calls.
•Participate in overtime, weekend work, and on-call rotations as business needs require.
•Interact directly with residential and commercial customers throughout the day.
Requirements:
Qualifications
•Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
•At least 21 years of age.
•At least two years of professional driving experience.
•High school diploma or GED.
•Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
•Basic computer, communication, and customer service skills.
