The Thoracic Surgery Division at our medical center is currently seeking to add a Thoracic Surgeon to our expanding team.

As a not-for-profit, 415-bed academic medical center, we house a full-service hospital for adults and a dedicated facility for children, conveniently located in downtown Boston. We serve as the primary teaching hospital for the medical school affiliated with our organization.

Who we are looking for:

Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.

Eligible to obtain a medical license in Massachusetts.

Experience in teaching.

Interests and activities in complementary clinical research.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary that reflects academic training and professional experience. An appointment at our affiliated medical school will be provided based on academic qualifications.
Location: Our medical center, the primary teaching hospital for the affiliated medical school, is situated in downtown Boston and collaborates with community hospital partners.

The salary range for this position is between $450,000 and $507,599 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and will take into account various factors, including relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
