Key Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional in a school or educational setting
- Knowledge of high school-age student needs and behaviors

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional and behavioral support to students, both in group and one-on-one settings
- Assist with classroom management, helping to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
- Reinforce lesson content as determined by the classroom teacher or special education staff
- Support students in developing academic, social, and life skills
- Monitor student progress and share observations with the teaching team
