Schedule
This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
- Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts
What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers by:
Front Office/ Patient Services Specialist
- Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism
- Managing calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co pays
- Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations
- Updating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providers
Clinical/ Medical Assistant Responsibilities
- Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit
- Taking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the HER
- Assisting providers with procedures and administering vaccines
- Performing point -of-car testing
- Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocols
What you bring
- Accredited MA training or equivalent experience
- MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse for your certification)
- 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment
