Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine treatments

Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to identify changes in patient condition and document accurately

Educate patients and families on treatment options and disease management

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
