Work Environment\n
This position allows for the flexibility of remote work, contributing to a healthy work-life balance while being part of a supportive outpatient office team. The work schedule spans Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for consistent availability while maintaining personal time.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health issues, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support as clients work toward their therapeutic goals.
- Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely and effective therapy services.
- Document clinical interactions meticulously, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and session notes in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, including case managers and other healthcare providers, to integrate services that support holistic client care.
- Utilize creative therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to inspire and motivate clients toward achieving their personal and relational goals.
- Engage actively in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and strategize on best practices within our service framework.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of emotional and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
- Strong foundational knowledge of family systems theory and therapy, as well as proven experience with mental health documentation and therapy service delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Stable and professional boundary management skills when working with clients.
- Ability to pass a background check to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
