Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related services staff, and families
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning for all students
- Monitor student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
- Maintain accurate records and consistent communication with stakeholders
- Provide direct instructional support both in small groups and one-on-one settings
