ProCare Therapy is working with a school district in Massachusetts that is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students in a high school inclusion classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally within a collaborative educational setting.
Position Details

- Assignment through the end of the school year

Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support to students with varying educational needs
- Assist the lead teacher with instructional and classroom activities
- Support student engagement, participation, and academic progress
- Help implement accommodations and classroom modifications as directed
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and support teams to promote student success
Qualifications
- Massachusetts paraprofessional requirements preferred
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for supporting students and helping them reach their goals
