Qualifications

<li>5–10+ years&nbsp;of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experience required.</li>
<li>Proven ability to deliver&nbsp;high-end finishes&nbsp;in kitchens, bathrooms, and interior residential spaces.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of trim carpentry, flooring, cabinetry installation, and renovation sequencing.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to structured processes.</li>
<li>Ability to travel regularly throughout MA &amp; RI, including Cape Cod and Central MA.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation required.</li>
<li>A&nbsp;professional, unmarked work truck or van with essential tools&nbsp;is required.</li>

We are a Woodstock, CT, and Franklin, MA-based custom home design-build firm. We are a small family-focused organization that is passionate about our mutual success. 
We are looking for construction workers with diverse skills including demolition, light framing, finish carpentry, painting, etc.In this role, you will assist on our projects using your variety of skills and team player mindset while conforming to local building codes. 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2-4 plus years of residential carpentry experience is a must </li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as the ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation </li>
<li>Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in all work </li>
<li>Strong communication skills </li>
<li>Must possess ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings </li>
