Job Summary:&nbsp;We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting.&nbsp; You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques</li>
<li>Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary</li>
<li>Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties</li>
<li>Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks</li>
<li>Inspect paint jobs for quality</li>
<li>Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair&nbsp;</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment</li>
