Job Description: We are seeking a skilled, experienced and motivated commercial carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry with a focus on commercial projects. As a commercial carpenter, you will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to: Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Interpret blueprints and construction drawings</li>
<li>Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications</li>
<li>Building metal stud walls including framing, drywall and drywall finish</li>
<li>Perform repairs and renovations as needed</li>
<li>Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on-site</li>
<li>Adhere to safety protocols and regulations</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations</li>
<li>Knowledge of installing commercial doors and hardware</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Commercial Carpenter</li>
<li>Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction drawings</li>
<li>OSHA 10</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending and standing for extended periods</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
</ul>
