Job DescriptionMid-Cape Home Centers traces its roots back to 1895, and today supplies professional builders, remodelers and homeowners in Massachusetts' South Shore, Cape Cod and the Islands with lumber and specialty building materials from its six locations in the southern coastal region of Massachusetts. The Kitchen and Bath Designer will work in a retail environment with customers and builders to assist with the design and product selection process. This position will also follow up with customers and builders to ensure the job is completed in a timely manner. The Kitchen &amp; Bath Designer must also posses an extensive knowledge of the products they represent and the ability to serve their client's needs. This position will also solicit new accounts and make job site visits. Pay Rate: $65,000.00 annually, plus commission. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Essential Job Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Solicit new accounts, conduct job site visits, and prospect for new projects</li>
<li>Greet clients to the design center, assess clients' needs and assist the customer with product selection and order appropriate materials and quantities for the projects</li>
<li>Conduct pre-construction site inspections and measurements</li>
<li>Perform automated design capability within stock and semi-custom product categories</li>
<li>Conduct bid and prep proposal functions</li>
<li>Order project materials</li>
<li>Arrange project schedules, sub-contractor schedules and material deliveries</li>
<li>Act as the liaison between the customer, materials vendors, and subcontractors</li>
<li>Review assigned accounts to ensure payments and credits are processed in an accurate and timely manner</li>
<li>Maintain current knowledge of daily and monthly sales and their relationship to margin goals</li>
<li>Understand all aspects of customer billing cycle, cash vs. credit, and how to figure and process a deposit by having a thorough knowledge of the paperwork flow and distribution process</li>
<li>Must possess the necessary knowledge to be able to explain the differences in cabinet lines to customers</li>
<li>Have a broad knowledge of all other items sold, various countertop products, cultured marble, sinks, faucets, etc.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of cabinet design software, order entry of industry related software, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel</li>
<li>Maintain an active file of new and existing customers</li>
<li>Insure all vendor literature is maintained and presented or stored in a clean, neat fashion</li>
<li>Coordinate the delivery to contractor-remodeler customers on an as needed basis</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, neat, professional looking show room</li>
<li>Participate in semi-annual inventory</li>
<li>Know the pricing multipliers and current lead times for all cabinet lines, countertop fabricators, and all miscellaneous products available</li>
<li>Understand the receiving process and the paperwork associated with the process. Call vendors to follow up on any backordered items</li>
<li>Know the warranty policies of all items sold. Be able to order such items when requested by customer.</li>
<li>Complies with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by management</li>
</ul>
 REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum education required- 60 hours of NKBA professional development programming and or equivalent technical degree preferred.</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Minimum experience required- 3-7 years of Kitchen &amp; Bath industry experience</li>
<li>Special skills required- Advanced computer-aided drafting skills, salesmanship, good verbal communication skills and design presentation skills.</li>
<li>Special knowledge required- Advanced knowledge of kitchen and bathroom design, general knowledge in all aspects of design and construction and of building materials</li>
<li>Maintain a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in the state of sales activity.</li>
<li>Physical demands include sitting for extended periods of time, standing and walking, bending or stooping, lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.</li>

Job Description
Aerotek is hiring immediately for Heavy Equipment Operators! We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators who hold a 2A-1C license and have a proficiency in site work. Ideal candidates will possess over 5 years of experience operating heavy machinery, including large excavators, front end loaders, and large dozers. This role involves assisting the field team when not operating machinery. We are looking for someone with advanced skills working on commercial water and sewer utility installation. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits! We are looking for someone that has previous water/sewer utility experience as well as commercial site work. This role will pay $30 - $40 an hour. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate large equipment such as dozers, front end loaders, and excavators.</li>
<li>Assist the field team in site work when not operating machinery.</li>
<li>Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>2A-1C license.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience operating large equipment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in operating heavy machinery such as excavators and dozers.</li>
<li>Knowledge of site work and construction processes.</li>
