<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>

<li>Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and:</li>

<li>No more than one at-fault accident in last 24 months</li>
<li>No more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)</li>
<li>No combination of one at-fault accident and one minor moving violation in last 24 months</li>
</ul>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service (e.g., security) experience</li>
<li>Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting</li>
<li>Able to use good independent judgment and discretion</li>
<li>Outstanding oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including clients</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
<ul>
<li>Experience in scheduling, operations management, or other leadership functions of security industry</li>
<li>Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</li>
</ul>
