The Service Technician l (STI) operates on-site to perform fundamental preventive maintenance and minor repairs on NCS vehicle wash equipment and accessories. They focus on learning core troubleshooting and maintenance procedures under direct supervision, with an emphasis on safe work practices and accurate documentation. 
What You’ll Do…
<ul>
<li>Perform basic service work on vehicle wash equipment and accessories, including fundamental troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems to identify needed corrective action.</li>
<li>Assist in replacing, repairing, or adjusting parts and systems as necessary.</li>
<li>Inspect, calibrate, and check chemicals under supervision.</li>
<li>Run equipment through "cycles" to ensure basic system functioning.</li>
<li>Assist in advising customers of necessary service work and basic recommendations regarding replacement of worn or damaged parts.</li>
<li>Inspect equipment to ensure proper function.</li>
<li>Provide basic information to customers regarding proper operation and general maintenance of equipment.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma.</li>
<li>Demonstrable interest and aptitude in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work through school or hobby interests, including using meters and ACDC power supply.</li>
<li>Ability to use basic math and writing skills.</li>
<li>Clean driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations within the past 5 years; no more than two (2) preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years.</li>
<li>No impaired driving convictions within the past five (5) years and no charges currently pending.</li>
<li>Ability to travel assigned geography daily.</li>
<li>Ability to comprehend and interpret equipment, operating, and maintenance manuals and instructions.</li>

Job Description Summary: 
Field Service Technician will be assigned a truck and travel daily to customer job sites to repair and maintain equipment. This role requires experienced, responsible technicians who can diagnose and repair equipment working independently. The technician will troubleshoot/diagnose equipment problem and perform repair work on a wide variety of equipment.
<ul>
<li>Repair types can include: complete machine overhauls, minor repairs such as fixing leaks, changing fluids and filters, rebuild components such as engines, transmissions, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic pumps.</li>
<li>Diagnostics can include: check pressures, check voltage, locate source of noise or vibration.</li>
<li>Field Technician will disassemble machine, order parts, make repairs, assemble machine, check machine operation to make sure repairs are complete and confirm problem is fixed and is work ready.</li>

Technician will use Anderson’s systems to document workorders, track progress of repairs and order parts. Focus on safety protocols and regulations must be maintained at all times.
Required Qualifications:

<li>Minimum of 5 years work experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance;</li>

<li>Knowledgeable of different materials for welding (i.e.: stainless steel; carbon steel; titanium; aluminum, etc. </li>
