Role Overview:
 
As a Physical Therapist at Marathon PT, you will assess and develop individualized care plans to help patients recover and achieve optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Provide high-quality patient care, including evaluations, customized treatment plans, and ongoing progress assessments.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and communicate promptly with referring physicians.</li>
<li>Engage in educational programs and participate in community events.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.</li>
<li>Active Massachusetts PT license and current CPR certification.</li>
<li>EMR proficiency and strong clinical skills.</li>
</ul>
