Job Summary:

Support children by utilizing evidence based practices in an effort to promote their healing from trauma. Serve as a program level administrator and guide direct care staff and case managers to inform best practices in client service delivery. Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide individual, group, and family therapy to the youth in the program.</li>
<li>Provide trauma-informed clinical case management to approximately 8 - 12 youth by coordinating team meetings, creating treatment plans, and providing program recommendations on services to best help the youth and family when applicable</li>
<li>Completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, and CANS, as part of the assessment process</li>
<li>Work closely and communicate well with funders/guardians to ensure satisfactory service delivery including meeting attendance and regular communication</li>
<li>Provide training to Residential Counselors and Case Managers on clinical issues pertaining to their work with clients</li>
<li>Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with licensing and funder requirements.</li>
<li>Participate as a member of the team within a clinically oriented trauma-informed treatment milieu</li>
<li>Participate in a rotating on-call for after-hours client/program emergencies</li>
<li>Take on administrative tasks as delegated by the Program Director and/or Clinical Director</li>
<li>Performs Follow Along with Clinical Services, in coordination with staff when applicable to program type.</li>
