 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Part Time Key Connections ABA Services, LLC The BCBA leads the development and implementation of ABA services, conducting behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses, Vineland, ABLLS-R) and designing treatment plans based on research. The BCBA trains and supervises Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other team members, ensuring effective implementation of interventions. Regular data-based progress monitoring and client supervision are key responsibilities, as well as training parents and guardians. Requirements:

<li>Masters degree in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field</li>
<li>BCBA certification and LABA license in Massachusetts</li>
<li>Minimum 1-year experience with individuals with special needs</li>
<li>Knowledge of behavior interventions, ethics, and developmental processes</li>
<li>Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms</li>
