Production Manager requires:

Production Manager duties:
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily manufacturing processes to meet or exceed safety, quality, productivity, cost, and team performance targets.</li>
<li>Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and drive process improvements.</li>
<li>Apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model to analyze root causes and implement lasting solutions when goals are not met.</li>
<li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, eliminate waste, and improve scheduling and efficiency.</li>
<li>Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing team members to ensure consistent performance and engagement.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements, including GMPs, SOPs, OSHA, and FDA standards.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and employee involvement across all operations.</li>
<li>Oversee material availability, product quality, and on-time delivery through effective resource allocation.</li>
<li>Facilitate daily and weekly operational reviews to ensure alignment with short- and long-term production goals.</li>
