Roles and Responsibilities

<li>Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.</li>
<li>Ensure all items are packed securely and labeled correctly for shipment.</li>
<li>Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>
<li>Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment when needed.</li>
<li>Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.</li>
<li>Comply with all safety regulations and organizational standards.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills
<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to [weight] lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of warehouse software and equipment is a plus.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is advantageous.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li>
