Job Summary: As a manufacturing associate you will be working in a manufacturing environment. In this role your responsibility will be to help your team achieve daily production goals. Work will involve both independent and team work, a positive attitude and attention to detail. 
This opening could entail positions doing the following: Powder Coat Associate, Press Brake Operator, Laser Operator, Deburr Associate, Panel Bender Operator, and other manufacturing roles throughout our facilities. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment </li>
<li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time </li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently </li>
<li>Must be able to perform simple machine set-ups </li>
<li>Must be able to read and understand most blue prints </li>
<li>Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of most QC requirements and procedures </li>
<li>Must be able to monitor scrap rates </li>
<li>Must be able to inspect parts in accordance with procedure policy </li>
<li>Basic understanding of different cutting tools and their usage </li>
<li>Basic knowledge of ISO concepts </li>
<li>Understand production requirements </li>
<li>Basic understanding of Lean principals </li>
<li>Must be available to work overtime if required</li>
</ul>
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred </li>
<li>One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education &amp; experience required </li>
<li>Basic math skills </li>
<li>Accountability to show up to work regularly and provide a positive attitude. </li>
</ul>
Physical and Environmental Conditions:
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods of time </li>
<li>Ability to stand, sit, bend and kneel without difficulty </li>
<li>Ability to repeatedly lift/pull/push 50lbs </li>
<li>Exposure to loud noises </li>
<li>Working in the presence of fork trucks and other manufacturing machinery</li>
