Position Responsibilities:
The Resident Service Coordinator is responsible for the direct coordination of services and supports for residents at an assigned housing site. This role involves identifying and facilitating access to beneficial resources, acting as a liaison between the Housing Authority/Property Manager and residents when appropriate, and working collaboratively with Housing Authority/Property Manager staff to support all residents. Salary 
$20.40 an hour or $21.42 with MAP Certification
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 11a-9p (20 hours)
Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Actively Advocate for individuals served demonstrating the Agency’s values and mission in all interactions </li>
<li>Leveraging your knowledge and interests in the community to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life</li>
<li>Implement Individual Service Plans</li>
<li>Assist individuals with Activities of Daily living, including household tasks and chores</li>
<li>Assist individuals with appointments, including driving the Agency’s van</li>
<li>Present in a respectful and professional manner in all interaction</li>
<li>Attend all trainings and implement knowledge throughout your work</li>
<li>Communicate in an effective manner whether orally or written</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Highschool diploma or GED</li>
<li>Active and valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Ability to pass background checks</li>
<li>Ability to lift to 50lbs and sustained periods of sitting or standing</li>
<li>Ability to assist in a restraint if needed</li>
<li>Experience in substance abuse or mental health preferred</li>
