We are actively recruiting in Randolph for caregivers to serve our clients reliably.
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr, plus mileage reimbursement $0.55/per mile, and weekly pay
What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.</li>
</ul>
As a BAYADA Caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:
<ul>
<li>Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.</li>
<li>Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.</li>
<li>Meal preparation and feeding</li>
<li>Range of motion/exercises</li>
<li>Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)</li>
<li>Medication reminders</li>
</ul>

**This is an hourly position with additional sales commission. Total compensation will vary based on geographical location and individual sales performance.

 Job Type: Full Time At AKIRA, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices. The starting pay for this position is $18.00 - $30.00 per hour (hourly position with additional sales commission), and may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Additional compensation and benefits may also apply and will be discussed during the hiring process.
