Job Description
Our Bakery Facilities and Equipment Technician helps our team provide comfort and joy, and care for and nurture life by owning primary responsibility for all installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment and facility in support of the Bakery. This includes planning, directing, and overseeing maintenance, building operations, services and compliance with all Tatte policies and local/government regulations. The Facilities and Equipment Technician supports the Bakery leadership team on initiatives concerning the maintenance of all equipment for team member safety, food safety and sanitation, as well as new deployments &amp; company initiatives. A successful Facilities and Equipment Technician coaches and counsels all employees on good facilities and operating procedures.
Summary of Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintains safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards (Tatte, Local, State and Federal) of the entire premises, including sharing the responsibility of local and federal food inspections along with the Department of Transportation guidelines</li>
<li>Ensures food safety procedures are adhered to when repairing, replacing, installing equipment</li>
<li>Applies preventive maintenance throughout the bakery, including coordinating with outside vendors as needed</li>
<li>Follows and ensures compliance with all GMP, Food Safety and Safety practices, policies, and requirements.</li>
<li>Maintains strong and effective relationships with all bakery managers</li>
<li>Oversees all outside contractors on the timely completion of necessary maintenance work, projects and repairs.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots and repairs facility machinery as needed</li>
<li>Writes and maintains standards operating procedure (SOPs)</li>
<li>Develops and maintains preventive maintenance programs/schedules for all major equipment and storage systems taking into consideration the useful lifespan of equipment and replacement timelines to ensure minimal downtime.</li>
<li>Promotes, models, and maintains Tatte culture and ensures all Tatte Polices are adhered to</li>
<li>Actively participates in management meetings to ensure effective and accurate communication of all relevant product and operational information</li>
<li>In conjunction with the GM, monitors bakery facility, capabilities, and equipment capacity to ensure the Bakery can meet market needs while supporting profitable growth</li>
<li>In conjunction with the Bakery leadership team, has shared responsibility of the Bakery P&amp;L and assists in discovery and timely action of resolution when variances occur</li>
<li>Maintains understanding of and follows crisis management procedures</li>

Working Conditions / Essential Functions

Position Title: Part-Time Security Guard Position Reports To: Security Manager and Director of Club Operations Employee Categories: Part Time Year Round FLSA: Non- Exempt; Hourly Compensation: $25/hr. Schedule: approximately 25 hours per week, overnight shifts typically from 9PM-7AM.
The Security Department hours of operation are overnight shifts, seven days a week, including all holidays. A part-time guard will be expected to be available to fill in for staff vacation and sick days as well as other shifts if needed. One of the most important functions of this role is to provide exceptional public and member relations. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance that you always maintain a positive and professional image. Hourly rate for this position is $25/hr.
Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Create a presence of security whenever and wherever necessary. </li>
<li>Oversee the security of the Club property, its members, and staff.</li>
<li>Strict enforcement of access control procedures greatly reduces the chances that an unauthorized and potentially dangerous individual might gain entry onto the grounds.</li>
<li>Duties include foot and vehicular tours, security of gates, doors and windows, observation and reporting of suspicious or unusual activity, monitoring security cameras and monitoring/logging vehicular and foot traffic. </li>
<li>Perform scheduled rounds to ensure that the property is secure.</li>
<li>Conduct coordinated rounds beginning at 11pm unless instructed to do otherwise.</li>
<li>Oversee seasonal operations to ensure that they are operating appropriately throughout the night. Ensure that the pool pump is operating (summer). Ensure that the curling ice is at the optimal temperature (winter).</li>
<li>Maintain log sheets with accurate information and compile weekly reports for the security supervisor.</li>
<li>Monitor the refrigeration system in the Clubhouse. Take temperatures as indicated in the security log sheet.</li>
<li>Answer the phones and direct them as needed.</li>
<li>Help members with any issues that they may have. Help them to their room, or with any other issues they may have.</li>
<li>Call car services for member/guest when requested.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for communication, scheduling, and reporting purposes. </li>
<li>Experience in security camera software is preferred.</li>
<li>Must be available to work the weekend and holiday overnight shift, typically from 9 pm to 7am.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions.</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong observational skills to help maintain a safe and secure property.</li>
