This flexible environment is created by the clients we service, they provide a window of time instead of a specific days, allowing you to set your own schedule. As a Merchandiser, you can service various products, conduct resets, product cut-ins, returns, POP placement and other general merchandising activities. We have available part-time, on-going work servicing a wide-variety of clients/retailers for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits.

Qualifications:

<li>Merchandising and/or retail experience</li>
<li>Available weekday daytime hours</li>
<li>Able to read plan-o-grams</li>
<li>Able to carry and lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly</li>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
As a Geek Squad Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions for computers and other devices at our local Best Buy store. We’ll provide the training and resources you need to assess customers’ needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents as needed on more complex repairs. If family and friends go to you with their tech questions, this might be the perfect role for you. What you’ll do
<ul>
<li>Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process</li>
<li>Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps</li>
<li>Help customers set up new devices and provide advice on whether to repair or replace old devices</li>
<li>Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses</li>
<li>Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents</li>
</ul>
Basic qualifications
<ul>
<li>3 months of experience working in retail or customer service</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends</li>
</ul>
Preferred qualifications
<ul>
<li>Passion for technology and desire to solve problems</li>
<li>Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry</li>
