Job Description 
Summary:&nbsp; The Host should not only be responsible for the first and last impression, but also for being the primary point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experiences in the Main House. Warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth flow of service. A friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success. The Host should be thoroughly familiar with the property, activities of the day, weather, and other aspects of guest experiences on the property. The energy created by this role will be key.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

<li>Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor as they arrive. Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus as appropriate for the service period.</li>
<li>Reservation Management: Manage reservations through the booking system, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and timely communication with guests.</li>
<li>Communication Liaison: Function as a communication hub between guests and staff, relaying special requests or preferences to the right team members and/or departments.</li>

Summary:
The Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight audit process and accounting functions such as daily reporting of revenues and accounts payables, transaction audits and verifications, and preparation of final statements for the next day's check-outs. They may also perform reception duties for late-night guests.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Check front office accounting records for accuracy summarize information for the hotel's financial records</li>
<li>Track room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics</li>
<li>Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day</li>
<li>Post room charges and room taxes to guest accounts including guest transactions not posted during the day by the front office cashier</li>
<li>Process guest charges voucher and credit card vouchers</li>
<li>Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts</li>
<li>Check to see that all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments</li>
<li>Verify that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures</li>
<li>Print and file reservations for the next business day</li>
<li>Monitor the current status of coupon, discount, and other promotional programs</li>
<li>Perform check-ins and check-outs as well as wake-up calls</li>
<li>Summarize results of operations for management</li>
<li>Balance the days charges, making corrections as necessary</li>
<li>Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints</li>
<li>Additional tasks may be assigned at any given time</li>

Requirements:
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Hilton Experience is a big plus!</li>
<li>High school graduate or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum one (1) year of hotel front desk experience</li>
<li>Understand basic principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts</li>
<li>Know how to operate front office equipment</li>
<li>Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. and sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.</li>

Satellite location in Marlboro one day every week. 
Duties include:
