Boutique Hotel Housekeeper
We are a small, oceanfront property looking for a dedicated cleaner to join our team! This is a year-round position, with fluctuating hours based on property needs. And, the position is available to be extended year-round based on the performance of the onboarded team member.
 
Cleaning duties will include making beds, vacuuming and mopping, restocking toiletries, laundry, outdoor sweeping and organizing, and maintaining overall cleanliness (i.e., sweeping away sand) of the property. We're looking for someone who enjoys making rooms look pristine and loves working with a team on the beach. This job entails working on both the rooms and the property's overall cleanliness. 
Compensation:
$18 hourly + gratuities
Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
You are the face of the guest experience as you skillfully greet and direct guests at our resorts. You are responsible for the safe, friendly, and efficient experience of our guests from our base areas, restaurant locations, and ticket offices. Join us in creating the Experience of a Lifetime!
Job Specifications:

<li>Starting Wage: $20/hr</li>
<li>Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026</li>
<li>Shift Type: Part Time hours available</li>
<li>Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age</li>

Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Meet and greet guests while displaying positive guest service.</li>
<li>Commit to guest satisfaction and assume responsibility for guest care and solving problem</li>
<li>Answer guest questions by becoming a resort operations and services expert.</li>
<li>Assist other departments as needed, including ticket scanning, ticket sales, activities operations.</li>
<li>Clearing the base area may be a part of your role</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>

Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to stay enthusiastic and perform well when busy</li>
<li>Ability to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends and holidays</li>
<li>Previous guest service experience preferred</li>
</ul>
A Guest Services Attendant team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

<li>Mountain Activities</li>
<li>Retail Rental operations</li>
<li>Food and Beverage Support</li>
<li>Ticket sales or scanning</li>
<li>Lift Operations</li>
<li>Base Area Operations.</li>

The expected pay range is&nbsp;$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Description 
The Residence Concierge is responsible for the overall satisfaction of residents and guests by offering prompt and friendly personal &amp; building assistance, providing convenient amenities, and executing daily activities. They will be creating a welcoming environment and providing current information about the local area, attractions and events. They are also responsible for greeting residence owners, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions to restaurants, attractions and events in the area
Qualifications 
· 1-2 years of Concierge experience in a luxury residential environment required.
· 4 or more years of related experience required.
· Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
· Must have extensive knowledge of the area and be able to give directions clearly.
