Guest Services

Monitor tea service in the afternoon, assisting service staff when necessary.

Monitor the temperature of the inn, carrying out all temperature-related tasks such as helping to warm or cool the spaces.

Keep the employee areas of the Inn clean and orderly.
</li>

Maintain weekly inventory for room/cottage guest supplies and alerting the Inn Director when an order is needed.

We're currently seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive Concierge to join our team and serve as the first point of contact in one of our luxury properties.
 
What You’ll Do
As a Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face and helpful resource for residents, visitors, and vendors. Your role is key in maintaining a secure, friendly, and efficient environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist residents, guests, and delivery personnel professionally and warmly</li>
<li>Respond promptly to inquiries and requests, in person and via phone/email</li>
<li>Maintain front desk shift logs</li>
<li>Coordinate services such as package deliveries, and maintenance requests</li>
<li>Manage building communications, calendar, and reservations for amenity spaces</li>
<li>Maintain a tidy and inviting lobby area</li>
<li>Provide local knowledge and recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and events</li>
<li>Assist with emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed</li>

Requirements:
Required:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience</li>
<li>Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Tech-savvy; comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including evenings/weekends)</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Experience in residential or hotel concierge roles</li>
<li>Familiarity with Boston neighborhoods, transportation, and cultural attractions</li>
