Guest Relations Associate

We are seeking aFront Desk/Data Entry Specialist to support the Military and Family Readiness Center (M&amp;FRC) atHanscom AFB, MA.
 
This is upon contract award - a one-year contract with four (4) option years.
 
Services shall be performed 40 hours per week, during the times M&amp;FRC is open, which is currently Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. You may start as early as 7:30 am but no later than 8:00 am. Lunch breaks will be for thirty minutes and must be taken between the hours of 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. You are not required to perform service on Federal Holidays.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Provide reception services for M&amp;FRC Reception Center visitors/clients and accomplish customer service and administrative duties as required.</li>
<li>Provide data entry into web-based systems, AFFIRST, and Department of Defense (DOD) TAP systems.</li>

<li>Learn all emergency procedures and familiarize yourself with the first aid equipment. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Keep room clean of food and small objects which may be deemed a choking hazard.</li>
<li>Inspect room each morning for possible hazards, clean and vacuum room prior to closing each day.</li>
<li>Attend all staff meetings.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.</li>
