<li>Activities experience with older adults preferred, but not required.</li>

Activities Assistant - Life Enrichment Job Summary:
<ul>
<li>Assist with coordination, direction and delivery of wellness and recreation programs. </li>
<li>Provide hands-on involvement in programs for the majority of their scheduled time.</li>
<li>Assist in the supervision, orientation, and planning of volunteers.</li>
<li>Assist in the coordination of the calendar events.</li>
<li>Assist in the evaluation of the residents wellness needs-exploring the opportunities for resident engagement within the six dimension; purposeful, emotions, physical, spiritual, social and intellectual.</li>
<li>Assist in projecting monthly expenditures.</li>
<li>Assist in ensuring specialty programs are scheduled.</li>
<li>Assist with marketing, promoting and communicating materials, helping to ensure professional quality.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining community environment (including equipment and supplies).</li>
<li>Assist in ensuring resident welcome and engagement protocols are in place.</li>
<li>Assist in keeping records and inventory of supplies.</li>
<li>May be required to assist driving the community van to transport residents to and from, off or on campus activities.</li>
