<ul>
<li>Licensure as a Massachusetts Professional Land Surveyor registration required</li>
<li>Experience in Boundary surveys, Topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, Land Court Surveys, Subdivisions and Construction Layout surveys</li>
<li>Minimum of three years of experience as a PLS required</li>
<li>Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Civil 3D software experience is preferred. AutoCAD is required</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Effective manager of people with the ability to inspire, lead, communicate, support, and mentor.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions, ability to clearly communicate information both verbally and in writing</li>
<li>Valid driver's license &amp; reliable transportation required</li>
</ul>

The estimated range for this role is: $93,100 - $140,766. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications, credentials, skills, and demonstrated proficiency for the role. Compensation is reviewed at least annually each year. Compensation is also adjusted throughout the year to recognize position advancement, responsibilities and licensure and/or certification.
