We are known for our dependable service and commitment to safety. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the safety and accessibility of our clients' properties during winter weather conditions. Job Description: We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our shovel crew. The position involves working as part of a set crew, consisting of three shovel crew members and one foreman, to clear snow and apply salt or brine to designated locations. The crew will follow a pre-programmed route to service various sites. Will be required to meet in Norton and will be transported in work vehicle to each location.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Shovel snow from designated areas, ensuring clear and safe pathways.</li>
<li>Apply salt or brine to prevent ice buildup and maintain safety.</li>
<li>Follow a pre-programmed route to service at +/-100 locations, each ranging from 50 to 100 square feet.</li>
<li>Work as part of a team, communicating effectively with the foreman and other crew members.</li>
<li>Be available 24 hours a day, responding promptly to work calls during snow events and for occasional post-storm clearing.</li>
<li>Maintain equipment and materials, ensuring they are in good working order and properly stored.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Must be reliable and punctual, with the ability to work on-call as required.</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including cold and snow.</li>
<li>Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and shoveling snow.</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li>
<li>Prior experience in snow removal or similar work is preferred but not required.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Capable of shoveling snow and performing physical tasks for extended periods.</li>
<li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
</ul>
