The Big Task
Complete all preventive maintenance calls on HVAC systems installed by Rodenhiser.&nbsp;Educate customers on the status of their systems and any pertinent issues.&nbsp;
Key Sub Tasks
·&nbsp;Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.&nbsp;
·&nbsp;Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.&nbsp;
·&nbsp;Ask the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating, cooling and plumbing system malfunctions.&nbsp;&nbsp;
·&nbsp;Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.&nbsp;
·&nbsp;Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.&nbsp;
·&nbsp;Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Desired Skills and Experience
<ul>
<li>1-3 years’ experience in the field.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Capacity to perform preventive maintenance service on HVAC systems 10 years or newer.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Competent at checking gas pressures, sub cool, super heat, combustion tests and static pressures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Current Apprenticeship card/license or formal trade schooling.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Intimate knowledge and ability to use related trade tools/equipment.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
·&nbsp;Must have successful completion of trade related schooling or equivalent experience.&nbsp;
·&nbsp;Must have current EPA universal certificate.&nbsp;
·&nbsp;Knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing and gas codes and proper electrical and HVAC safety standards.&nbsp;

Rodenhiser Home Services is an equal-opportunity employer committed to fair and equitable pay practices. The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000-$80,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position.
