What you will be doing in this role:

<li>Work with the Director of Training Programs, other PCI SSC staff, and PCI Community stakeholders to develop and maintain training material. </li>
<li>Conduct training courses, in-person and online, on behalf of the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). Courses are intended to educate assessors, merchants, and acquirers as well as other interested parties regarding the intent and application of the PCI standards and their corresponding PCI program frameworks.</li>

 Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform maintenance, monitoring repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.</li>
<li>Travel between multiple facilities, ensuring their proper function.</li>
<li>Maintains responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance, and technical proficiency.</li>
<li>Maintenance of the equipment will include cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain the HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels.</li>
<li>Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment.</li>
<li>Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace.</li>
<li>Perform periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory.</li>
<li>Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.</li>
<li>Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or Equivalent.</li>
<li>10+ years experience required.</li>
<li>Experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze the operation of various Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action.</li>
<li>EPA 608 Type II Certification.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license required</li>
<li>EPA 608 Universal Certification.</li>
<li>Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC</li>
