What You’ll Do

Position Summary Thom Child &amp; Family Services is seeking an experienced, collaborative HR Generalist to oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, onboarding, leave management, and compliance. This role serves as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and ensures HR practices align with agency policies, legal standards, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding &amp; Training

<li>Manage and improve employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and orientation in partnership with HR and Training teams.</li>

<li>Support development and delivery of HR-related training for staff and supervisors.</li>
</ul>
Employee Relations &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.</li>
<li>Partner with HR Director to resolve employee issues, maintain compliance with labor laws, and implement talent management initiatives.</li>
<li>Administer and analyze engagement and exit surveys to guide workplace improvements.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Proficiency with HRIS (ADP WFN preferred) and MS Office (especially Excel).</li>
